So many people spend their lives waiting for permission.
Permission to lead.
Permission to speak.
Permission to start over.
Permission to pursue a dream.
Here's the truth:
You don't need to audition for a role that already belongs to you.
You don't need everyone's approval before you take your next step.
You don't need a committee to vote on your purpose.
Too often we convince ourselves that if we just learn a little more, prepare a little longer, or become a little more confident, then we'll finally be ready.
But confidence rarely comes before action.
It comes because of action.
The people you admire weren't chosen because they felt ready.
They moved forward despite uncertainty.
At some point, you have to stop waiting to be selected and start showing up as the person you're becoming.
