Somewhere along the way, many people decided:

“If I need less… I’ll be loved more.”

So they become:
The easy one
The understanding one
The one who doesn’t ask for much
The one who “handles it”

a sticker on a pole that says helping others helps yourself

But love is not healthiest when one person is endlessly accommodating.

Needs are not weakness.
Needs are part of being human.

Healthy love makes room for:
Comfort
Reassurance
Support
Repair
Emotional safety
Honest communication

You are not hard to love because you need reassurance.
You are not dramatic because you need clarity.
You are not needy because you need emotional presence.

The right love does not resent your humanity.
It meets it.

✨ Reflection
What need do you minimize because you don’t want to be “too much”?
