Purpose • Direction • Motivation

I provide purpose, direction, and motivation to individuals transitioning out of the military, veterans, and women over 50 who may feel lost or uncertain about their next steps. Life-changing events such as divorce, career shifts, the loss of a loved one, or simply the sense that there is something more to life can leave people feeling adrift.

Finding your purpose in life is not a one-time achievement; it is an ongoing journey that requires time, self-reflection, and experimentation. Here are some steps to guide you on this path:

Reflect on Your Values and Passions

• Together, we will explore what is truly important to you.
• We will uncover the things that ignite your passion and bring you to life.

Once you have a clearer understanding of your core values and passions, we can begin to identify ways to align your life with them.

Reflect on your thoughts The child within us.

Explore Your Interests and Talents

• What are your natural strengths?
• What activities bring you joy and fulfillment?
• What pursuits make you lose track of time?

We will dive into a variety of activities, giving you the chance to explore new experiences and uncover hidden passions. This process is about discovering what truly resonates with you; what makes you feel engaged, alive, and fulfilled. By trying different things, you will gain insights into your natural strengths and interests.

Together, we will identify the pursuits that align with your values and passions, helping you build a life that feels authentic and meaningful. Your journey is about exploration, growth, and finding what truly speaks to you.

Assess Your Impact on Others

• What kind of difference do you want to make in the world?
• What legacy do you want to leave behind?

If making a positive impact is important to you, we will explore how your unique skills and talents can be used to serve others in meaningful ways. Together, we will identify opportunities where your abilities can make a real difference, whether that is in your community, through your work, or on a larger scale.

By aligning your actions with your values, you will create a legacy that reflects your true purpose and leaves a lasting, positive influence on those around you. Your journey will focus on finding fulfillment through service and contribution.

Experiment and Take Risks

Do not hesitate to try new things and step outside your comfort zone, as this is where real growth happens. By embracing new experiences and challenges, you open yourself up to a world of possibilities that you might not have considered before.

The more you explore, experiment, and take risks, the closer you will come to uncovering your true calling. Every new endeavor is an opportunity to learn more about yourself, your passions, and what truly resonates with your purpose.

Be Patient and Persistent

Remember, discovering your purpose is a journey that requires patience and dedication. It is perfectly normal for the process to take time, so do not be discouraged if clarity does not come right away. Every step you take—whether it involves exploring new interests, learning new skills, or reflecting on your values—brings you closer to understanding your true calling.

Keep an open mind, stay curious, and continue to grow. Trust that, with persistence and self-reflection, you will ultimately find the path that is right for you.

Expand Your Horizons

Consider interviewing people who inspire you. Ask them about their own journeys toward finding their purpose. Additionally, read books and articles on the subject—there is a wealth of information available. Join a community of like-minded individuals who share your passions and interests.

Strengthen Your Resolve

Finally, do not fear failure. It is a natural part of the learning process. Let it be a stepping stone rather than a stumbling block on your journey to pursuing your dreams.
