Somewhere along the way, many people learned this lie:

“You must be fully healed before you can lead, succeed, or be strong.”

That’s not how real life works.

Healing is not a finish line.
It’s a rhythm.

You can be:
Healing and confident
Healing and successful
Healing and leading
Healing and building something meaningful

Power doesn’t require perfection.

In fact, healed power often looks like:
More honesty
More boundaries
More self-awareness
More compassion
More discernment

Strength is not pretending you’re unaffected.
Strength is knowing yourself well enough to move wisely.

You are not disqualified because you’re still healing.

You are qualified because you understand pain, growth, and resilience from the inside out.

Reflection:
Where have you been telling yourself you must be “fully fixed” before you move forward?
